Motorola Slashed Xoom Wi-Fi and 3G Prices in India, 32GB Version now Only for 21.5K

Some online-retailer has just slashed Motorola Xoom’s original price in India and the KOOVS retailer is now offering the Motorola Xoom WiFi 32GB version for only INR 21,500 and Wi-Fi+3G model for INR 25,000 outright, while Flipkart has the same model in stock for INR 26,500. The 32GB 3G version of Xoom was initially available around INR 33000 and Wi-Fi version for around INR 31000 in India.

The exact price reduction, however, is not clear right now, but different online stores are selling it for different prices. 32GB’s the only version available right now, as the 16GB version is nowhere to be found; maybe the version has been out of stock everywhere.

Who unfamiliar, the Motorola Xoom runs NVIDIA Tegra 2 dual core processor, equipped with 5MP rear camera, 2MP front camera with Dual-LED flash and backed by 1GB RAM. There is also a 10.1 inch HD display with 1280x 800 pixels resolution and excellent battery life during HD 720p video playback. Apparently, the tablets are shipped with Android 3.2 Honeycomb with a promised upgrade to Ice Cream Sandwich sometime in 2012. Reportedly, the Tablet also got unofficial Android 4.0.3 Ice Cream Sandwich build a few weeks ago.

Fujifilm opens the FinePix camera floodgates ahead of CES

Fujifilm knows that you're almost certainly going through gadget withdrawal in these days and hours leading up to CES, so it's unleashing not one, but ten FinePix cameras for your pointing-and-shooting pleasure. It's a long list, so get comfortable. Let's start with the JX580, which will offer up 16 megapixels, 5x optical zoom and a three-inch LCD for $119, when it drops in February. The JX500 will be hitting the same month for $99, bringing 14 megapixels, 5x optical zoom and a 2.7-inch LCD. The AX550 brings 16 megapixels and 5x optical zoom. It'll be hitting in March for $89. All three slim cameras feature intelligent flash, tracking auto focus and scene recognition auto.

And what of the FinePix JZ250 and JZ100? We're glad you asked. The JZ250 brings a 16 megapixel sensor, 8x optical zoom and a newly brightened three-inch LCD to the table, while the JZ100 rocks 14 megapixels, 8x optical zoom and a 2.7-inch LCD. Both can shoot movies in 720p and will hit retail in March for $149 and $129, respectively. The T400 and T350 both offer up Scene Recognition Auto, face detection and Motion Panorama Mode, as well as 10x optical zoom and three-inch LCDs. The T400 does 16 megapixels and the T350 tops out at 14. They'll run $179 and $159 when they're released in March.

The FinePix XP150 and XP100 do the rugged thing, shockproof, freezeproof, dustproof and waterproof to 33 feet. The XP50, meanwhile, is also durable -- albeit slightly less so. All three cameras shoot 1080p video and have dual image stabilization and tracking autofocus. The XP150 also brings GPS and geo-tagging to the table. Pandigital PI1056DW digital photo frame released

We’re not sure how many of you guys are actually in the market for digital photo frames, but if you, Pandigital has recently released the PI1056DW digital photo frame that you might want to take a look at if you are indeed shopping around for one.

The PI1056DW features a 10.4” display with an aspect ratio of 4:3, and a display resolution of 800×480. It will come with 1GB of built-in internal storage, which apparently should fit about 5,000 compressed images. But fret not – if you have plenty of photos you’d like to share via your digital photo frame, the PI1056DW will also feature a built-in card reader that will support CF/xD/MMC/SD/MSPro/MS memory cards.

Other features that Pandigital’s PI1056DW comes with includes an alarm clock, calendar, timer functions and apparently even supports both audio and video playback. It will also come with interchangeable Black and Espresso frames to suit your interior design needs. HP Omni 27 all-in-one PC

HP is introducing the HP Omni 27, spacious all-in-one PC that is not to be confused with the TouchSmart line of product as it does not have a touch screen, which allows HP to build a computer that is more affordable, in relation to its size. The HP Omni 27 is also ans answer to the more classic all in one PC “need”, which is having a comfortable computer with a minimum of clutter.

Despite being a relatively thin computer (by desktop standards) the HP Omni 27 can accommodate a 2TB hard drive, at least 4GB of memory and a decent processor. Optionally, it is possible to add a Blu-Ray drive, a TV-Tuner, Beats audio and the HP Pulse Subwoofer to turn this computer into a beefy room entertainment system.Finally, the HP Omni 27 also comes with HP’s Magic Canvas software that was introduced with the HP Touchsmart Line of all-in-one PCs. Magic Canvas has the functionality of an extended desktop that scrolls horizontally. The goal of Magic Canvas is to be more efficient in general, but also to hide some of the Windows perceived complexity form the users. Computer-savvy users can of course bypass this layer, and do anything that they would otherwise do on a normal Windows computer. This 27” computer will be priced at $1199.99+.
