iBall Launches Slide

There is good news for the gadget lovers of India, as well renowned computer application developer iBall has launched its new gadget “Slide” in India. The gadget is available for sale for a price of Rs. 13,995. This is for the second time when a gadget is being launched in the Indian market.

Slide comes with the feature of 2 megapixel front camera. Just like any other advanced gadgets it has expandable memory, USB host and HDMI output. It runs over Android 2.3 Gingerbread OS and is powered by 1GHz ARM Cortex-A8 processor. The other essential features for connectivity like Bluetooth, WiFi and 3G are also built in it.

Its battery capacity allows it user to enjoy music for about 6.5 hours and can capture images for continuously 5 hours. On iBall gadget 3D games and movies can also be enjoyed. Its browsing enables a user to enjoy uninterrupted surfing, emails viewing and social networking.

The Director of the iBall is optimistic that by 2014 the demand for iBall will increase by 175 million. During the launch of Slide, a well known face of Bollywood, Hritik Roshan, was also present. He has been appointed as brand ambassador of the gadget.
